Separabuntur

I produced a 4 discs compilation release for Scriptsound Recordings called THE BRIGHTEST/DARKEST MOODS, in which several artists (including myself) submitted pieces to match with different styles and genres of experimental music. Inspired in the success of this project, I used all their submitted tracks as source material for a new album which I called SEPARABUNTUR (which is a Latin conjugation of sēparō, that means "apart" or "portion"). Although I transformed and manipulated every sound submitted for the album, only tracks from other artists were used. I did not make any further overdub or new recording.

Each artists featured on THE BRIGHTEST/DARKEST MOODS PROJECT compilation (Scriptsound Recordings, 2016) was featured as source material for the recording of a new studio album by SIREDGARCARPENTER, owner or Scriptsound Recording and original creator of the submission call.
